I am currently an athlete who has competed at the highest level. I run 100m and 200m - holding personal bests of 10.70 seconds for 100m, 21.39 for 200m and 6.91 for 60m. I have also competed internationally for the past three years.
My background and knowledge is in how to develop speed and technique for running, that can be applied to almost every exercise you do, most sports involve running or the ability to create power whether you play recreationally or you are looking to become an olympian.
I am a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, so applying the knowledge from this with my running background I can specifically tailor a programme to your needs and to the goals you want to achieve.

How will we do this?
- We assess yourself.
- First of all we look at your goals, and see why you haven't achieved and set up a plan to work are way towards them.
- We set targets weekly and monitor your progress via email or text. I want to know what my clients are doing.
- When we get there we set new targets or look at maintaining what we have achieved.

Qualifications
All qualifications were taken through Premier Global Training International and include:
- Basic first aid qualification
- Foundation certificate in fitness instruction
- fitness trainer award including nutrition for health & fitness
- Stability ball and core training additional
I am also a UK Athletics level 2 coach.
