This is for people who want to improve technique and running style, as most sports involve you running so the more efficient you are the faster you will be. Drills can also help with speed.

For those who do not know what I mean by drills, this involves breaking down movement you will do at high speed and strengthens the muscles, so it will become more natural when undertaking the exercise at a faster speed.
