Strength and power programmes

This is one of my specialties as a sprinter. I have a wealth of knowledge on strength and power training as I have been doing it myself for a number of years.

This can be sport specific training or just programmes to help yourself with the shopping. Undergoing a training programme like this can cause hypertrophy (muscles getting bigger), but not always as to be strong you do not have to look like the body builders.

This type of programme would involve a mixture of interval training, fartlek running accompanied by resistance training and would be tailored to your needs.
